Employment of a citizen of the EU/Agreement on the European Economic Area

A citizen of an EU Member State and a state that is a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation and their family members has the same right in legal relations in accordance with the Act on Employment Services as a citizen of the Slovak Republic unless this Act stipulates otherwise.
